Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information this website collects and how it is used. It covers the Aggrete websites (aggrete.com and pro.aggrete.com). It does not cover the open-source Aggrete software you run yourself, which processes data only inside your own systems.
Who we are
Aggrete is operated by Christian Johannsen. For any privacy question, contact hello@aggrete.com.
What we collect
- If you email us. When you write to hello@aggrete.com, we receive your email address and message, and keep them to reply and to keep a record of the conversation.
- Server logs. Our web server records standard technical information for security and operation: IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and timestamps. These logs are kept for a short period and are not used to build a profile of you.
- Aggregate analytics. We may use a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to count visits and see which pages are popular. It does not set cookies, does not track you across other websites, and reports only aggregate numbers.
We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, or fingerprinting, and we do not sell or rent your information.
Cookies
These marketing pages do not set tracking cookies. Some pages may store a small preference in your browser (for example, a chosen view) that stays on your device and is never sent to us.
Service providers
We rely on a few providers to run the site. They process limited data on our behalf:
- Google Cloud — hosting for the website.
- Cloudflare — DNS and email forwarding for our domain (mail sent to us is forwarded to our inbox).
- Google Fonts — the site loads fonts from Google, which means your browser contacts Google to fetch them and Google may receive your IP address in the process.
Your choices and rights
You can email us to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; email us and we will honour them.
Data retention
We keep email correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and our records. Server logs are kept only briefly. Aggregate analytics contain no personal identifiers.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will be made clear on this page.
